Operations Director (full-time)

We are seeking an outstanding professional to work as our Operations Director.  This person will provide operational leadership and effective management of FRS staff, finances and facilities.  As part of the Senior Professional Team, this person will oversee the delivery of the strategic objectives of FRS.  Critical to the role is the ability to ensure strong relationships are developed with synagogue members and other professionals.

This person should have significant management experience, including project management and the ability to successfully deliver on a wide area of responsibilities in a fast paced environment.

PA to the Senior Professional Team (part-time)

Salary commensurate with skills and experience

We are seeking a skilled individual to work as a PA to the Senior Professional Team in a busy and dynamic environment.

This person will support the diverse and sometimes confidential work of the clergy team and Operations Director. You will have excellent IT and communication skills, a track record of providing excellent ‘customer service’ and relevant experience of working as an efficient PA, supporting senior staff members.

Volunteer Receptionists (part-time)

Each session is three hours long (with 10 three hour slots over the week) and the post would ideally suit those who can commit to a regular slot (or slots). You might be someone who has recently retired and is looking for a volunteering opportunity, or a recent graduate looking for work experience. Perhaps you are a parent looking to enhance your CV before returning to work after a career break, or you may simply want to give some time to your community on a regular basis. Whatever your reason, we would be delighted to meet with you to discuss the opportunity further.
